Can you use the Christmas decorations I already own?
Yes. We can style your existing ornaments, ribbon, floral picks, and other suitable tree decorations. Share photos of your collection and tell us which pieces you want included so we can plan around them.
Can you combine my decorations with new pieces?
Yes. You can keep meaningful ornaments and add new ribbon, botanicals, or selected ornaments for a more coordinated design. We discuss the new materials needed and include them in your proposal.
Can you create a completely new tree design?
Yes. We can establish a palette and source ribbon, ornaments, botanical accents, and finishing details for a new decorating scheme. Tell us your tree height, preferred colors, and any inspiration you would like us to consider.
Does using my own décor change the price?
Using suitable existing pieces may reduce the amount of new décor needed. Design, preparation, and professional styling still require time and are priced separately from new materials. The project builder includes options for existing décor and additional décor investment.
Can you decorate just one Christmas tree?
Yes. Your project can focus on one tree or include a mantel, staircase, wreaths, or exterior entrance. Add the areas you want styled in the project builder so we can review them together.
How is the investment determined?
Tree height, styling, existing décor preparation, and new materials shape the estimate. Use the Christmas Styling Project Builder to select your options. We review measurements, installation access, selections, and availability before confirming a final proposal.
What should I share before installation?
Send your tree height, photographs of the tree and room, photos of any existing decorations, your preferred palette, and the pieces you want to keep. Let us know whether the tree is already assembled and lit and whether there are any access considerations, so preparation can be agreed before installation day.
Can you coordinate my tree with my garlands and wreaths?
Yes. We can carry ribbon, colors, and botanical details through your mantel, staircase, and entrance. Suitable garlands or wreaths you already own can be reviewed as part of the overall project.
When should I book?
Begin Christmas design planning early in the year so we have time to develop your design and source the right pieces. Share your ideas and preferred installation timing when you inquire.
Can you return for January takedown?
Yes. Optional January Takedown & Organization is 25% of eligible installed styling and design investment, with a $500 minimum per scheduled visit. It covers removal and basic sorting of décor installed by Saison Row, with packing into available client containers. Off-site storage, new totes, specialty packing supplies, and specialty equipment are not automatically included; see the project builder for the full scope.
