What is included with Pumpkin Styling + Concierge?

Each collection includes a curated assortment of specialty pumpkins and gourds, local delivery, and professional on-site styling tailored to your porch or entryway.

How do I choose the right styling collection?

Choose based on the size of your entrance and the fullness you prefer. Collection III offers a refined seasonal accent, Collection II creates a fuller layered display, and Collection I is designed for larger porches and statement entrances. If you’re unsure, text us a photo of your porch—we’d love to help guide your selection.

Can I choose my pumpkin colors?

Yes. Choose between Muted Neutrals, featuring soft ivory, sage, pale blue, dusty peach, and warm caramel, or Harvest Hues, featuring classic orange, rust, amber, and rich autumn tones. Because pumpkins are naturally grown, exact colors, shapes, and varieties will vary.

Can I add florals or height to my display?

Absolutely. Autumn Stem Compositions, seasonal fall planters, full-scale floral arches, jack-o’-lantern pumpkins, and hay bales may be added to bring additional height, texture, and seasonal layering to your entrance.

When will my fall installation take place?

You’ll select an exact installation date and preferred arrival time when reserving your collection. Under normal circumstances, your selected date is guaranteed; however, arrival times are approximate and may shift as we move through the day’s installation route. If weather or another unforeseen circumstance requires your installation to be rescheduled, we’ll contact you ahead of time with an updated date.

Do I need to be home for my installation?

No. As long as we can easily access your porch or entryway, you do not need to be home. We’ll deliver and style everything during your scheduled installation window, leaving your home beautifully dressed for the season.

Where does Saison Row offer pumpkin delivery and fall porch styling?

We serve Richmond, Virginia, and surrounding communities, including Ashland, Hanover, Henrico, Midlothian, Goochland, Chesterfield. Enter your ZIP code when reserving to confirm availability and view any applicable delivery fee.

Are your pumpkins treated with pesticides?

We do not treat our pumpkins with pesticides. Before installation, we may wipe them with a diluted vinegar mixture to clean the exterior and help discourage curious wildlife. Because pumpkins are a natural product displayed outdoors, we cannot guarantee they’ll remain completely untouched by animals.

How long will the pumpkins last?

Pumpkins typically remain beautiful throughout the fall season, although longevity depends on weather, sun exposure, moisture, wildlife, and the natural condition of each pumpkin. We carefully source and place each collection with seasonal longevity in mind, but pumpkins are a natural, perishable product.

Do you offer removal at the end of the season?

Yes. Seasonal pickup may be added for $75 for a completely hands-off experience. All collected pumpkins are donated to Patrick Henry High School FFA, where they’re repurposed as chicken feed and compost for the FFA-run school greenhouse.

Can you create something beyond the listed packages?

Yes. Our signature collections offer a straightforward way to reserve your fall styling, while tailored installations are available for clients seeking a larger or more architectural seasonal transformation. Custom options may include full-scale floral arches, statement planters, layered botanicals, and styling designed specifically for your home.

Our Pumpkin Concierge Service offers curated heirloom pumpkin delivery and on-site styling throughout Richmond and the surrounding communities. Each installation is composed in refined autumn tones — soft creams, muted greens, pale blues, dusty peach, warm caramel, and classic harvest hues — layered thoughtfully along staircases and entryways for a result that feels abundant yet restrained.

Designed with tonal variation, scale, and architectural balance rather than bold saturation, every composition feels collected and intentional. Pumpkin Concierge packages are released in July, with installations beginning in early September.
