Fresh greenery
Natural greenery brings seasonal texture and character. We select the mix to suit the design and schedule installation with your holiday plans in mind.
Fresh greenery changes as it dries. Sun, wind, temperature, and placement affect its appearance, so we will discuss care and timing with you.
Faux greenery
A lasting foundation with a consistent look throughout the season. Faux designs are priced slightly higher and can be packed away for future Christmases.
We choose materials for the installation and discuss outdoor suitability, placement, and storage with you.
Made to belong to your home
Classic red and evergreen, magnolia and warm neutrals, or a deeper holiday palette. We use your home and existing Christmas decorations as the starting point.
A mailbox can stand alone or coordinate with entry garland, wreaths, and winter planters. Share a photo so we can plan the scale and attachment points while keeping the mailbox accessible.
How it works
- Choose your design. Open the Christmas project builder and click + Add Mailbox. Your mailbox card will open with fresh or faux greenery and Evergreen, Refined, or Full choices.
- Share your mailbox. Tell us your preferred colors and any notes about coordinating decorations. Photos can be emailed after you submit your inquiry.
- Confirm the details. We review your request, confirm the design and installation date, and arrange your Christmas styling.
In the builder, click + Add Mailbox near the top to open your mailbox options.

A few helpful details
Can I book just a mailbox?
Yes. Request mailbox styling on its own or include it in a larger Christmas project. October is a good time to start the conversation about your design and preferred installation timing.
Does Evergreen include any embellishment?
Yes. Evergreen includes light botanical accents, such as berries or magnolia, to give the greenery texture and dimension. Refined adds a tailored bow and selected embellishments; Full brings more abundant ribbon and statement details.
Does a brick or stone mailbox cost more?
No. Mailbox style is a design reference, not a pricing tier. Your price is based on fresh or faux greenery and your selected design level.
Can you add lights?
Yes. Select Lighting Requested in the builder. Lighting is quoted separately after we review the design and available power.
What is included in the price?
Materials, design preparation, and installation are included in the listed mailbox price. Optional lighting and any requested additional services are confirmed separately before booking.
Can my mailbox match my front entrance?
Yes. Share photos of your entrance, wreaths, or other holiday decorations, and we can carry the same palette and botanical details through the design.
Where do you offer Christmas mailbox styling?
We serve Richmond and Central Virginia, including Ashland, Hanover, Henrico, Chesterfield, Midlothian, and Goochland. Share your address when you inquire so we can confirm availability.
